It really bugged me that the ice CAM doll's head was nothing at all like the body, so thought I'd give it a shot trying to match them a little better.

Adding a clear iridescent glitter and a gloss finish makes her shiny all over and gives the head a more frosty impression and reduces some of the transparency of the body, looking more like cloudy ice instead of clear ice. I was happy with how she turned out.
